Psychological Evaluations
I provide psychological evaluations individualized to every person that consist of gathering both objective and subjective information. I will complete psychological evaluations based on a variety of referral needs including, gathering information around diagnostic clarification, intellectual functioning, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning, personality, learning needs, and disabilities.
Currently, I do not accept insurance for psychological evaluations. However, I can provide you an itemized receipt to offer to your insurance company if preferred.
Testing Sessions- 180+ minutes per session
Testing sessions are scheduled over multiple days and will be scheduled once we determine that we are a good fit. Sessions consist of both standardized test measures, self-report questionnaires, and questionnaires from those who know the client best. Once testing is completed, I will score and interpret results. These will be incorporated into my written report.
Feedback Session- 120 minutes
Once my written psychological report is complete, we will meet to review my written report, evaluation results and recommendations.
For children and adolescent clients, I am available to consult and collaborate further with providers and the school team as requested at an additional rate.
What you can expect.
Initial Consultation- 15 minutes
Once you reach out, we will connect virtually, for a free, 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs and what you are looking for. At this time, we can ensure that psychological assessment is the right fit for you.
Intake Session- 90 minutes
This session will serve to gather extensive background and historical information as well as information on presenting concerns. I will take time to review relevant records and previous testing, and will collaborate with other professionals. This information will guide my assessment plan.
Evaluation Rates.
Intake: $225
Testing Scheduling Fee Deposit: $500 non-refundable
Please Note: A $200 fee will be charged for late cancellation/no-call, no-show/rescheduling psychological testing appointments within 24 hours or less.
Evaluation rates will vary depending on the type of evaluation needed. All rates are self-pay as I do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill at the conclusion of the evaluation for possible reimbursement.

An evaluation that explores different areas of functioning, including but not limited to cognitive, executive, mood, personality, relational functioning and trauma. This includes up to 6 hours of test administration, 2+ hours of scoring and interpreting results, review of medical records and collateral information, a complete written report and a final 2 hour feedback session to discuss the evaluation results and recommendations.

This evaluation explores cognitive, executive, academic, adaptive (if appropriate), social, emotional, and behavioral functioning to identify appropriate accommodations for educational settings. This assessment incorporates an evaluation of learning disabilities, ADHD and other diagnostic areas and their impact in the educational setting. This evaluation includes up to 12 hours of test administration, 2+ hours of scoring and interpreting results, review of medical records and/or collateral information, a complete written report and a final 2 hour feedback session to discuss the evaluation results and recommendations.

Assessing for ASD requires additional measures to help clarify and understand the presenting symptoms. In addition to a comprehensive battery of psychological tests, we use the gold-standard evaluation tools to identify characteristics of ASD in areas of social functioning, communication and repetitive behaviors. This package includes an additional 3 hours of test administration, 2+ hours of scoring and processing results, and incorporating results into the report diagnostics and recommendations.
**This package is in addition to the Psychodiagnostic or Psychoeducational evaluation packages outlined above.

This evaluation assesses cognitive and adaptive functioning to provide updated information for eligibility applications. This assessment builds upon the established history of intellectual, developmental, and adaptive diagnoses.
This assessment includes 4-6 hours of test administration, 2+ hours of reviewing medical records and/or collateral interviews, scoring and processing results, a complete report, and a final 2-hour feedback session to discuss results and recommendations.
